A young boy has described how his 8-year-old brother, Thomas, constantly wet himself because his cop father did not let him use the bathroom and forced him to sleep in the freezing garage before he passed away.
His mother, Justyna Zubko-Valva, shared a YouTube video of Andrew Valva describing incidents where accused abusers Michael Valva and his girlfriend Angela Pollina made the 8-year-old boy with autism, Thomas, and another brother, Anthony, sleep in the freezing garage without enough food and water.
Zubko-Valva asked Andrew: “How much time did they stay in the garage?” Andrew then replied: “Every day.”
The mother then asked: “When were they taken out of the garage?” Andrew answered: “Never.”
Thomas passed away from hypothermia after allegedly being beaten, starved, and locked outside by his NYPD cop father.
Andrew then told his mother, who is divorced from the police officer, that it “was cold like rolling around in snow in there (in the garage).”
He also said that the boys had only the floor without ‘pillow and no blanket either’ to sleep.
When asked whether there were “any reason that they kept Tommy and Anthony in the garage,” Andrew answered “because they kept peeing on themselves.”
Andrew also said that “because in the middle of the night, they wanted to go pee and mom and dad wouldn’t allow them.”
According to New York Daily News, the mother conducted her own questioning of her son with a witness in the room.
In another video, Zubko-Valva asked Andrew if his brothers Anthony and Thomas got any food. He answered: “Only once a day. Just a sandwich. That’s it.”
He added: “When dad beat them up they had things like here and bleeding, and they put a band-aid on it.”
Zubko-Valva wrote that Michael Valva’s court-appointment “private attorney Mr. LoTurco should stop making false and misleading statements to media outlets in order to justify the brutal murder of my son Tommy from the hands of his father” and his girlfriend.
She claimed: “Thomas murder was NOT an accident but the tragic result of many years long non-stop sadistic abuse done by those two abusers,’ the mother claims. She claims the evidence in this case proves that ‘this WAS NOT an accident’.
“The garage was freezing and unheated, my children were locked in the garage without possibility to get out or use the bathroom, and they were forced to sleep on concrete floor without mattress, blankets, or pillows-
“The justice for Tommy, Anthony, and Andrew needs to be served!”
