Brad Pitt has reportedly been granted joint custody of his children with Angelina Jolie after the duo fought a lengthy battle in court.
According to news reports, the 57-year-old actor was in the middle of fighting the entire court system for around 5 years in total, as he worked hard to obtain a number of equal rights to his own children, which the star shares with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie.
One source reportedly spoke to Daily Mail about how Brad was ‘oh so relieved with the verdict as this was something that was very personal and close to his heart.
Therefore, the fact that the verdict went in his favor was just something that he felt was a moment of celebration as his only intention revolved around spending time with his children.
Together, both Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are the parents of 6 beautiful children with five of the lot being minors. They include 19-year-old Maddox, 17-year-old Pax, 16-year-old Zahara, 14-year-old Shiloh, and the two twins 12-year-old Knox and Vivienne.
However, the tentative verdict doesn’t mean a complete end to the long battle. Inside sources also revealed how the actress will go on and continue to fight her legal battle while stating how the judge’s ruling was more relating to a tentative and not final decision.’
Therefore, Jolie tried to dismiss the private judge via a series of documents that she submitted to the Second District Court of Appeals in California on Monday.
In the same way, the star’s lawyers have gone about arguing how the judge did not properly consider the details of the input relating to the experiences, wishes, as well as needs, which she claims is violating the state’s legal code that allows young minors between the ages of 14 and 17 to go about and testify.
