The person who committed the crime is the third suspect! If you look at others’ costumes, you will see that they are all complete and well-made. Clearly, suspects number 1, 2, and 4 were preparing their costumes for a long time and they didn’t have time for anything else.
The third suspect, however, was clearly in a rush! He quickly wore whatever he could find because he was afraid that his crimes would be exposed!
