You don’t need your physical strength to climb the mountain, and you only need your strong will to make the impossible possible.
The perfect example of the strong will is Mandy Horvath, who recently climbed the Statue of Liberty with her arms after losing both her legs.

Mandy Horvath, got her legs ripped off in a train accident, has shown massive courage to the world by climbing atop the Statue of Liberty by using her hands.
Her life didn’t stop even after losing her legs. She kept on living her usual life and continued doing things that she loves.
The 26-years-old has inspired many with her brave act of climbing the steep stairs of the Statue of Liberty only with the support of her arms.
The entire footage of her climbing the stairs was shot where the strong determination of the girl was evident on her face. Throughout the entire video, Mandy was seen with a cheerful smile on her face.
Even when she was exhausted, she didn’t lose her smile and was constantly thriving to reach the top. She further gave an interview where she said that she never wanted whatever happened in her life, but she takes everything with a smile.
She further added that climbing also helps in combating the PSTD that she has been suffering since her incident. Mandy recalled the incident in the interview, as well.
The accident happened back in 2014 when she was on a night out with her friends. She was drunk that day.
She only remembers waking up in the hospital, where she was told that she was hit by a train twenty miles away from the bar.
Before the accident, Mandy was a fun-loving and cheery girl. She was the light of everyone’s life. It took her years to regain her confidence. And now she has chosen to live her life on her terms. Climbing the Statue of Liberty are the baby steps towards it.
