According to local media outlets, the family has accused the Louisville Metro Police Department of reportedly withholding more footage that was taken from the night of Breonna’s death.

For this reason, the family’s attorney has reportedly filed a lawsuit that boldly claims how officers failed to provide Breonna’s family members as well as the general public with all the bodycam footage that was taken right before as well as after their botched police raid.

Local media outlets confirmed how the lawsuit has been filed in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County. The family strongly feels that they were misguided or given misinformation about all the events that took place that night. Now, they want answers.

Previously, police officers hailing from the Louisville Metro Police Department denied any existence of such footage, adding how either the officers involved in the raid were either not wearing it that day or had gone on to switch it off.
