While we agree that some brides may turn into ‘bridezilla’ and go above and beyond in terms of controlling each and every moment that will take place at the ceremony, this one bride truly took things to a whole new level.
She made sure things went her way and in order for her to do just that, she made a ridiculous list of demands for her guests as well as loved ones to make sure it went according to her wishes. And when we say ridiculous, we truly mean it.
The list has since then gone viral online with many viewers left shocked in absolute disbelief.
One Reddit user was kind enough to share the list with others, and they claim it was written by the bride’s wedding coordinator and was addressed towards her guests. This way, the guests were crystal clear on what was required from them for the bride’s big day.
As far as the first item required on the list is concerned, it was quite reasonable and comprised of guests arriving at the wedding event a little ahead of time. However, next came details about what the guests were expected to wear.
“Kindly refrain from upstaging the bride on her own big day. And no entry without a gift that’s worth at least $75 or more.”
Yes, we were just as shocked as you may be. While some labeled the rules as plain and simply rude, others just thought it was super offensive and hence felt that they would never ever attend an event like that.
In addition, faces full of makeup would not be entertained as well as women who had hairstyles other than a ponytail or a bob! Yikes, how’s that for a bizarre wedding indeed?
