Brother Simmy and Jhai Dhillon began to finally act on the plan they set for the enterprise that they had dreamt of establishing.
One of the primary targets they had in mind was to free their beloved mother from the ties of daily work.
They were only 16 when they had begun their business and finally 49-year-old Kal Dhillon is now secured with financial support and care from her sons for her entire life.
She can now fulfill her dreams that she always wanted to go for all these years but could not.
Now the sons have reached their mid-twenties and have finally created an array of clientele that also includes celebs. Molly-Mae Hague, Demarai Gray, is some of the names that include the client list of their food business.
Jai Dhillon who was a professional footballer explained in an interview that their mother had lost her chances of a career as she had the responsibility of raising the two kids. But now she has the assurance that she and her family are both secured.
Supermarket part-time jobs were too hectic for her in that age and they planned when Rice and Spice meals eventually flourished she would get a part in the management of their business which finally came true.
Dhillon easily handles the marketing strategies, client meetings, and staff shifts now. She also has all the time to attending yoga, gym and reading books.
The brothers also proudly added that the business started really small in 2017 where Jai and his mother were a part of it and Simmy would both study and help in business.
The real success began in a period of 12 months where the company expanded from three to sixteen staff with a long list of clients and finally a chain of celeb clients. Today, it is also known as the best and most healthy meal service.
