Ingredients
- Ground cumin – 2 teaspoons
- Ground chipotle pepper – ¾ teaspoon
- Mayonnaise – 6 teaspoons
- Ripe small avocados, pitted, halved, and peeled – 6
- Roma tomatoes chopped into slices – 2 tomatoes, 6 slices.
- Lettuce green-leaf – 3 leaves
- Sesame seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cooking time – 40 mins
Preparation time – 40 mins
Preheat the oven at 350°F. Take a large baking tray and coat it with nonstick spray.
Take vinegar, onion, sugar, water, and ¼ teaspoon salt, add them in a pan of water and put on the stove. Bring the mix to a boil for 25 minutes then take it off and let it cool down.
Gently mix cilantro, ½ teaspoon ground chipotle, cumin, turkey, and the ½ teaspoon salt in a bowl. Then form tiny patties of the size of your avocado and bake it in the oven at 165°F.
Keep mixing mayonnaise and chipotle in a bowl.
Now cut the avocado to make a bun of it. Arrange the filling just like you would in a burger.
