Autumn, 2-year-old girl had this dream to meet her favorite animal. She got acquainted with the critter she wanted to meet through a kid’s TV show aired on Nick Jr. “Peppa Pig”. Although until then she was able to mimic Peppa’s English accent yet she hasn’t seen an actual pig in her life.
This little girl was diagnosed with Cancer in March when her parents took her to the hospital because she just had some breathing difficulty. After a number of CT scans, consultations, and procedures they got to know about the actual root cause of her illness.
For a short period of time, both the parents of Autumn were shifted to Children’s National Center in Washington D.C. They have known about their daughter’s strong love and affection for “Peppa Pig” so they decided to take her on a trip to a farm to meet her most favorite animal with the assistance of an animal sanctuary.
Autumn took a trip to Peaceful Fields Sanctuary on April 11, reported by the Sinclair Broadcast Group. Peaceful Fields Sanctuary is known for its country-styles environment. Its Facebook page has cows, horses, chickens, sheep, and goats. Yes, and of course pigs, which is Autumn’s favorite animal.
TeamAutumn Facebook page uploaded footage in which Autumn can be seen getting acquainted with the big old pig. The little girl, a bit anxious at the beginning, excitedly feeds him later on.
Millions of people saw the footage and felt delighted watching Autumn meeting her favorite animal and sending good, healthy vibes her way for a speedy recovery.
