The heartbreaking news arrived on Saturday after Caroline Flack killed herself after the mental pressure she had been undergoing due to the assault charges.
In a heated argument, she had assaulted her boyfriend legitimately.
But her boyfriend clearly denied the charges. Media played a great role in making her mental health suffer as they highlighted the case to the supreme level where it did not deserve to be.
Caroline lost her job and she was put in a place where her life had become a piece for the public to see.
Her mother who was very close to her released her heartfelt feelings that Caroline could never share. She had written an Instagram post that she badly wanted to share but was advised against it. So she sent the post to her mother for at least someone to be able to read what she had to say.
Her mother said “it was heartbreaking to see her in such a condition. She was struggling and she wanted the world to know her side of the story but she was never allowed to do it.
But now that she has become a victim of it, her story deserves to come out. I and my family tried to keep her safe, her friends tried to keep her safe but it all became so much for her.”
Her post read “Assault charges are something that may wreck someone’s world but I have been harassed by life multiple times. It does not affect me anymore. But my life has been open to the public.
I worked extremely hard to build what I had built in years but now everything is gone. My job, my career, my future, my reputation. I have been put in a place where the world sees every little thing I did in the bad light.
Yes, the assault happened but it was a mistake. We had an argument and it was an accident that happened. It was not intentional but an accident. I am no domestic assaulter.”
