Casey DeSantis who is Florida’s First Lady was recently diagnosed with the illness, while the heartbreaking news was announced by her beloved husband who couldn’t hold back his tears.

“I am saddened to report how my wife has been diagnosed with cancer,” Ron DeSantis explained recently in a public statement to the press.

The Republican Governor shared the tragic and heartbreaking message with a heavy heart with media outlet Fox News on Monday, shocking many who had grown close to the esteemed woman.

But Ron DeSantis did not stop there. He made sure he expressed all of his feelings to the public via a number of emotional statements that left tears in so many people’s eyes.

“She is a beautiful mother of three young children. Moreover, she is the centerpiece of our family and has made the biggest impact in all of our lives. And that includes so many citizens from Florida as well, DeSantis explained.
