Most of us think that dogs are the only pets that can make us happy. Yes, they definitely can make us happy but it looks like science has something to say about cats here.
According to science, being a cat lady is a positive aspect of your health.
There are so many researches that have been going on for years and years that says, having a cat as your pet can prevent you from developing psychosis in any time of life.
I guess this is enough of a reason to get a fluffy ball of love for yourself. What?’ You are not convinced yet?
A study that was published in the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Neurology in the year 2009 found out that having a cat can be beneficial for our health in a number of ways.
Prominently it reduces the risk of a heart attack and all kinds of cardiovascular diseases.
No, the study does not clearly state that there for sure is going to happen no heart attack but there is a great chance there might not be one because the study has found some connection between it.
This is not it if you are a person with extreme anxiety issues, or even if a bit of it then having an hour or so with a cat can help you a lot in getting out of it.
Playing with a cat is also considered as a relaxation session. This releases a chemical in our body which is called the cuddle chemical. This chemical calms down our body and the mind as well.
