Chick-fill-A is a private food chain who serves appetizing chicken meals and it is a family-owned business.
The most important thing about them is that they are too generous.
The motto of the CEO of Chick-fill-A Truett Cathy is that “Inspire more people”. As this business is family owned so it passed from father to son so the company had its founding values, they serve chick meals along with that their hospitality and generosity are famous.
As it was being taken up by the new generation so the elders were concerned about the values of their restaurants.
They are very concerned about their values and tradition so always follow Truett Cathy and till now all the rules are being followed as the website of Chick-fill-A also states that “They are closed on Sunday which was practiced by their founder so they follow the same practice”.
One day the whole Cathy family planned a dinner and decided to revive the values of their company. The children of the owner named Dan, Bubba and Trudy presented a written covenant to their parents just to assure that they will keep the prior policies of the company.
They will keep the company as private and will continue the philanthropic work along with that Sundays will be kept off.
They further added that they being Christians will follow and believe in the lordship of Christ. They will continue the selfless service and will keep their relations as a priority and will fulfill their family duties diligently and will respect all relations of their spouses, children, and relatives.
They also promised to seek help from Jesus Christ and will continue their devotion.
This company never forgot its values and always followed Christianity and thus never tried to get fast progress. They just sowed the recompense of their slow yet progress full of values and humanity.
Although Chick-fill-A remained closed on Sundays yet became the 3rd largest food chain in America.
As we already mentioned the policies of Chick-fill-A but they are generous too. They kept their kitchen open for a boy who was fighting with cancer.
Before his brain surgery, they provided him with his favorite meal. There’s one more feather in their cap as they arranged birthday party of a boy who was suffering from autism and cerebral palsy.
This restaurant has continued its values and has progressed a lot now it has opened the first international outlet in Toronto Canada.
