Princess Charlotte Called Irresponsible For Not Wearing A Mask While Delivering Food Packages To Vulnerable People


Princess Charlotte who has turned five on May 2 was labelled as ‘irresponsible’ by netizens after the photos of her delivering food packages to vulnerable people near her home in Norfolk emerged on the Internet.

Kate Middleton released a series of images of her daughter on her fifth birthday in which she can be seen delivering bags filled with food. The little princess helped her mother organizing bags of food which were given to retired people in their community during the coronavirus pandemic.

But the social media users pointed out Charlotte was not wearing mask and gloves while delivering the packages. Speaking on ITV’s Royal Rota, Chris Ship said: “The pictures that we got were actually taken on the Sandringham estate when Charlotte was doing some food drops to those who were isolating.”

“Funnily enough, I had a few comments on social media wondering why she wasn’t wearing protection.point 95 | I mean, as far as I’m aware, they were leaving food outside people’s front doors and not going into their homes or touching in any way.point 217 |

“But interesting how the pictures that were released of Charlotte and Louis’ birthdays were linked to coronavirus and supporting the NHS or supporting those who are more vulnerable.”

But still, Twitter users showed concern as one wrote, “Why is she out delivering food to the neighbors without wearing a mask? That’s irresponsible.”

Another said: “She’s not even wearing a mask or gloves!”

A third added: “Children can carry the virus without symptoms. Why does she not have a mask on?”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are currently isolating with their children at their Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, during the coronavirus lockdown. Kate recently revealed the family daily interact with other family members via video call.
