When it comes to movie remakes, there are plenty of names that pop up into our minds.
Who can forget the Western comedy Three Amigos made in 1986?
Brimmed with funny instances and events to laugh on the floor, Three Amigos was undoubtedly an iconic film made in the history of Hollywood cinema.
Recently, Chris Hemsworth revealed that he would love to remake the western comedy “Three Amigos” with his Avengers’ co-stars, Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr.
The original movie had Steve Martin, Chevy Chase, and Martin Short in the lead. The film revolved around three silent movie stars who were mistaken for being real heroes when they accidentally end up in a Mexican village.
It seems like Chris Hemsworth is a great fan of the classic comedy that he has suggested a remake with his Avenger counterparts.
Chris was talking at the ACE Comic-Con Midwest, where he revealed his willingness to reunite with his Avengers’ friends, Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr.
He further added that he was so sad about the way Avengers: Endgame was finished, and he often thought about how they are going to hang out on a set again.
Chris suggested that Three Amigos would be the perfect remake to reunite with his friends, and he added that we would be the perfect match for the Three Amigos.
It’s been three decades since the movie has been touched by anyone, so bringing it back to the silver screen is certainly a great idea, Hemsworth added.
Apart from the remake of Three Amigos, Chris was asked about the script for Third Kingsman film as well. On which the actor added that he is not allowed to say anything, but yes, a text is there.
He further added that the third installation of the trilogy would be made after The King’s Man, a prequel to the movie due next year. The film will be released on 14th February 2020.
