Chrissy Teigen has come to the Duchess of Sussex’s defense before her bombshell interview alongside the Duke of Sussex.
Teigen claims critics of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will cause the pregnant mother to lose her child.
“This meghan markle s**t is hitting too close to home for me. these people won’t stop until she miscarries. f***ing stop it,” Teigen wrote on Twitter.
39-year-old Meghan is currently pregnant with their second child.
Last fall, the duchess shared a heartbreaking story of a miscarriage she suffered in July in an op-ed in New York Times.
Teigen has also publicly shared her own devastating miscarriage experience, posting black and white photos of herself in a hospital with husband John Legend in October.
Teigen and Meghan previously worked together as models on the Deal or No Deal TV game show, opening briefcases containing prizes for participants.
Meghan and Prince Harry, now living in California, recently confirmed that they would not go back to their roles as senior royals.
Buckingham Palace earlier released a statement that an investigation has been launched into allegations that Meghan had bullied royal staff.
The team of the former actress responded with a statement calling the claims an “attack on her character” and said that she is “deeply committed to supporting those who have experienced pain and trauma.”
The statement added: “She is determined to continue her work building compassion around the world and will keep striving to set an example for doing what is right and doing what is good.”
