Missing child cases are always heartbreaking to hear, because we know how it tears the family apart.
Parents and friends of the missing child can never heal from such painful event. Their lives are never the same, which had been true for the Stewarts for the past twenty five years.
Soon after their little girl Martha disappeared, Margaret and her husband divorced. And Martha’s older brother did not recover well from this traumatic event either, as his parents said that he was never the same after that day Martha went missing.

Although he desperately looked for her, it was no use. Since it got dark, David gave up searching for his little sister and went home. As soon as rents learned that Martha had gone missing, they immediately called the cops.
Despite desperate efforts by the cops and the neighbors, Martha was gone. At that time, they all believed that Martha was kidnapped. However, neither Martha nor her kidnapper were ever found. And Martha’s case was closed without any findings. It was known as the county’s longest-running missing person investigation.
25 years later, however, the unthinkable happened when Martha’s brother called the cops.
In a trembling voice, David said that he had something to say about the day his little sister went missing.point 270 |

Strangely, though, the body wasn’t there. And, according to David and Martha’s mother, Margaret, David is known for making up stories to get attention. So, Margaret is basically saying that David may have just told the cops lies. She still believes that Martha is out there, alive, somewhere.

The cops reported that they are still continuing with the investigation. If Martha is still alive, the below image is how she would look like.
However, the police said that they won’t charge David with manslaughter because there is no evidence right now, and the incident happened when David was young.
