Do you like potatoes? Baked potato, fried potato, mashed potato, or any kinds of potatoes? Regardless of the cooking method, potatoes are great, delicious, and yummy!
If you like baking and like muffins and cupcakes, you would have muffin tins at home. Try this if you like potatoes! This recipe will make you take out your cupboard.

This is new but so simple!
To cook Parmesan potato snacks enough for 4-6 people, you will need:
- 8-10 gold potatoes sliced thin (about 1/16 inch thick)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
Before get started, you need to prepare the oven and heat it to 350°F. Then grease 12 muffin cups with butter and leave them aside.
Cut the potatoes into slices. The slices must be thin, about 1/16 inch thick.
Put the sliced potatoes in a large bowl and put the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and thyme leaves with them.
Mix all ingredients in the bowl evenly.

Now is the time to use muffin pans. Stack the potatoes into the muffin cups, and put some salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for about an hour until the edges of the potato stacks are golden brown.
After about an hour, take them out of the oven and rest them about five minutes. For the last step, garnish with Parmesan cheese and thyme.
Quick tip! Instead of thyme, you can try oregano, basil, or rosemary.
