We all love our pets and they also love us more than we could ever know.
But one corgi pup scared the life out of his owners and millions of people around the world after he ate some dragon fruit and covered himself with it before taking a good nap.
Gody the Corgi was found lying on the floor covered in red liquid and it turned out that he gorged himself on fruits, played with his stolen food, and pretended to be dead when his owners caught him. Silly Gody!
Fortunately, the adorable pup was fine. However, many internet users had a mini heart attack as they got scared the cute pup had been hurt!
The photos were shared on Candy The Corgi Official, and Gody’s owner explained that the FB page is named after the pooch’s mother.
“This page was created for Candy a while ago. I want to share all the fun moments of my dogs with everyone to bring them some joy in their busy days.”
The owner also told Bored Panda that Gody is only two months old. Because he’s a baby, like other baby dogs, he likes to get himself dirty and sleep a lot. He also loves to eat fruits.”
Speaking about the moment Gody was found sleeping on the floor, the owner said: “I found that very interesting so I took photos of him.”
This is not the first time Cody pretended to be lifeless.
One internet user commented: “One look and I would have called animal control. I agree that he is too cute to stay mad, and I love the way his tongue just stays out. Such a cute incident.”
Another wrote: “I would have been hysterical. But it sounds like this character has pulled the dead scene before. He’s to cute to ever stay mad. Never knew heaven could be found reclining on a bunch of watermelons. What a centerfold.”
A third added: “Like a crime scene. Just photoshop yellow “police line: do not cross” band there. I would have got a heart attack!”
