Donald Trump has donated his salary of the 4th quarter of 2019 to Health and Human Services to help the organization with the effects of Coronavirus.
Trump has been putting tremendous efforts to keep the current situation under control. He even assured the US citizens that the situation will soon be corrected and be over, so there is nothing to worry about.
However, as for now the Coronavirus situation has escalated in the country, which made him be much more concerned responsible than ever.
Stephanie Grisham, Press Secretary of White House had posted the picture of a check being handed over to Alex Azar, the Secretary of HHS from Trump who then facilitated people about the health crisis.
He said “I am extremely pleased to announce the great donation by President Trump who has just donated his fourth-quarter salary to the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Health Department of HHS.
The donation has been made to let the department be prepared for the coronavirus with the funds. It is great to receive this check.”
The money was donated as 9 people have died of the deadly virus in the country and more than 100 people have been tested positive with the virus. This means an assured widespread of the disease in the country.
All these cases have come out mostly from Washington state.
Till Saturday there were no cases of deaths from the virus in the country but now there are.
While there is no designated medication present for the virus yet, the preventions are the best way to stay protected. Wash your hands several times a day, wear masks and cover your mouths as you sneeze or cough.
Rush for medical help if you show symptoms of respiratory infection, which include fever, sneezing, coughing, difficulty in breathing and runny nose.
