A couple discovered the exact sex of their baby no sooner than the time the mom-to-be went into labor.
During the pregnancy, they had eight scans and all of them concluded they were having a daughter.
William Govan and Sarah Heaney, already parents of two girls, were keen to welcome their next daughter.

They arranged everything from girly clothes to teddies and a pink crib after a 17th-week sex scan confirmed they were having a daughter.
The County Down, Northern Ireland family had even bought baby grows having the words ‘little sister’ written on them.
But things changed when they found out via a final scan on the day of delivery that they were actually having a son.
Unbelievably, Sarah underwent private gender scanning for her unborn baby at 17th week of her pregnancy, had an NHS gender scan at week 20 and even had regular growth scans – but every time the doctors said she was going to have a baby girl.
Over the course of her pregnancy, she visited three different consultants, all of them saying she’ll mother another daughter, until the day of delivery.
When Sarah was shifted to the hospital, two days overdue, the doctors conducted one final sonographic test which showed she was actually having a son and not a daughter.
Sarah was alone when she received the shocking news that she was actually having a son. Her husband was attending to their children, seven-year-old Ella and three-year-old Abbie.
Sarah didn’t miss the chance of filming the reactions of her family to the news when they came back to pick her up in the car.
In the video shot by Sarah, everyone can be seen totally awestruck, especially Ella who bashes her head into the car seat in total disbelief.
Right after the scan, William drove Sarah to hospital as she was already having contractions.
They picked up new clothes for the baby on their way. Max was born that evening, having a healthy 7lbs 1 oz weight. He is 12 weeks now.
Speaking about the paradigm change from having a daughter to having a son, Sarah told Story Trender: “When I first found out I was having a girl I was happy enough.
“I already had two girls, most of my friends had girls and I’d never really been around boys so I thought at least I knew what I was doing.
“I was quite excited about my girl tribe but the ironic thing is my eldest daughter really wanted a brother so I had to keep drumming it into her that it was a girl and that it was going to be fun.
“That’s why we bought the little sister clothes to try and include the girls in what was happening.
“We had narrowed it down to two names, Luna and Penny. The girls preferred Luna so they had been calling the baby that for ages.
“My youngest still got confused at the start even after he was born and was calling Max, Luna.
“In my sleep deprived state I sometimes called him a she and referred to him as her too. I couldn’t believe it when the sonographer at the final scan said she thought it was a boy.
“I just felt the blood drain from me. I couldn’t talk for ages and my body felt all weird.
“My husband isn’t usually an emotional person so I was surprised to see him react like that. Ella’s reaction was just hilarious.
“When Max arrived I asked everyone to double check and sure enough he was a boy. It was a bit of a whirlwind at the time but he is perfect and we wouldn’t change him for the world.”
