In the UK, a couple was left horrified after seeing a spooky human face in a photograph that they took at the cemetery.

Amir Jardan, 32, and Amy Notley visited a cemetery in East Boldre, Hampshire with his aunt, Suzanne Singleton.

According to Amir, he was certain that they were the only people in the cemetery at the time of their visit.

However, a sinister shape can be seen sneaking in the background of one of Amir’s photos and the 32-year-old is convinced that it’s a ghost.

“It’s definitely a ghost or a spirit of some sort,” Amir told Pen News. “I’m 100 percent sure that we were alone while in that graveyard. But we felt like something was watching us around the graves.”

In the photo, an image of an old man’s face can be seen peeking over one of the headstones.

Moments before the horrifying photo was taken, Amir took a separate snap with the same headstone, but the spooky man-faced shape wasn’t there.

Amir revealed that the cemetery they were in had been ‘eerily quiet’ but once they saw the in the scary face, they heard footsteps walking away.

“In the picture, you can see the man-shaped face,” Amir said. “We were shocked and then we heard loads of walking around and we thought it could be someone so we left.”

Moreover, Amir said that the cemetery has a history of paranormal activities.

“There is a lot of history that this place has evil spirits and is one of the most haunted graveyards in the New Forest,” Amir said.

The couple’s horrifying experience has turned Amy, a former skeptic into a believer.

“Amy was a skeptic until she saw the picture I took and looked very confused,” Amir added.

Despite the experience, the couple did not stop visiting the cemetery, in fact, the two were even planning an all-night ghost hunting vigil.

“We love exploring places,” Amir explained. “We have no fear and we just want to capture evidence that ghosts exist.

“Next time it will be on video,” he said. “Me and my partner thrive on traveling to spooky places together.”
