Investigations into the tragic case revealed how a smoke generating object which revolved around the mechanics of pyro technology had been off across a field that immediately ignited a dry area of grass during a blazing hot day.

Moreover, the couple scrambled upon the sight of fire and immediately began to throw bottled water towards the massive flames which soon started getting out of control. Authorities then revealed how the couple resorted to calling 911 for help.

Strong winds caused the fire to increase in intensity as it swept across the wilderness upon national forest land, located around 75 miles east of the city of Los Angeles. Soon, the blaze managed to blacken about 36 square miles of the land seen in San Bernardino as well as a number of Riverside counties.
