Initially the app was launched in 2016 and was a great hit among the people. It was later brought by the makers of Fortnight, and Epic Games last year.
After the tie up, the downloads have boosted up and the game has become a huge hit once again. According to the Google trends, the Houseparty reviews have hiked by 300 percent in the US and in the UK.
The search rates of the app has also hiked up due to the Corona outbreak as more and more people are trying to find ways to socialize while being at self isolation.
Houseparty is a simple app that allows people to chat and video call by adding multiple guests. It also enables people to play games together and reduce boredom.
The app also gives notification when your friends from Facebook and contact list join the Houseparty.
