How terrible is it to see a helpless animal in misery given to him by his owners who should be the one protecting him?
Some pet owners can be exceptionally cruel just like this poor boy had.
A couple who had to have a golden retriever as their child could not accept how the dog that lives next door is in a horrible state.
The next-door neighbor, who also had a golden retriever kept him chained in the backyard most of the time.
Being trapped all the time would defiantly make the dog nervous and unhappy so he cried a lot and to get rid of his crying his absurd master taped his mouth with duct tape and put the poor dog in hysterical mystery.
The couple had enough of it so they tried to save the pup. They even called the police several times but nothing worked.
To save the dog, one day the couple got in, unchained the dog and brought him home then he was taken away by an animal rescue organization who said that he was terribly traumatized as he was beaten, left chained, and scares of the love he should have received.
The dog then was named Alfie and was adopted by a new family.
The family had known that he has been through a lot so they were extra patient with him and let him take his time.
As time passed, Alfie finally realized that he is in a safe place and that no one is harming him anymore.
The boy even had toys to himself now and he was treated as a part of the family.
The new family would have multiple celebrations to keep the dog happy and he finally became the cheerful and carefree dog he should have always been.
