Seventeen adorable sausage dogs have celebrated Christmas in festive jumpers and posed for holiday photos.

20-year-old Liam Beach decided to dress the cute pooches in Christmas jumpers and pose up the pack of 17 sausages for a photo.

Sausages Dudley, Benji, Lottie, Kiki, Kansy, Sammy, Kizzy, Ruby, Diamond, Duke, Saffie, Bonnie, Zac, Wallie, Ziggy, Daisy and Buster were looking at the camera as they stood on stairs.

“I have done pictures of the dogs previously, dressed up for Christmas on the sofa and thought, “I need to top them”. So I thought I’d do it on the stairs this year,” he expressed.

“I thought, “That’s a challenge”, so I had to go one better to prove people wrong with the dogs all dressed up ready for Christmas. I thought it would be funny to see them all dressed up in their little outfits.

“It took about 45 minutes to get the picture, because when the dogs were dressed in their outfits they thought it was time to go walking and all went crazy running around the house.

“So, I had to calm them down before putting them on the stairs.”

He added: “Once they were on the stairs it took ten minutes to get the picture using a squeaky ball and a bag of treats this time around. It was a harder picture to get this year because they thought it was walkies.

“After a while on the stairs with their jumpers on they began to fall asleep so I had to work hard at keeping them awake and looking at the camera.

“People are absolutely loving the picture and commenting how amazing it is and how they are envious of me and that I am lucky having so many.”

One internet user shared: “Omg that is just to to to cute back in 1977 I had dressed my dash hound in a little Santa dog suit.”

Another commented: “They’re adorable & such good behaved doggies.”

A third added: “Beautiful doggies :) their temperament makes them even more adorable I think.”
