A person named Dennis Roach posted a picture in the year 2000 in which he was holding his daughter in his arms.

Right after 18 years, Dennis got a chance to repeat that golden memory again by holding his daughter on convocation. But this time it was not Dennis who was graduating but his daughter Tori Roach.
Dennis refreshed the memories when Tori was graduating from high school. Tori was smiling the way she smiled when she was on the lap of his father 18 years ago. But this time Tori herself was graduating. Both father and daughter were immensely happy in recreating the golden memory.
When Tori was becoming a fresh graduate, she posted this picture in which Tori and her father were graduating while in both photos Tori was in the lap of his father. The pictures were taken in 2000 and 2018 with a gap of 18 years.
She was seen smiling in the picture of 2018 because she was refreshing the memories as well as graduating and in her father’s lap. The reasons behind the smile became the reason for the popularity of the photo.
The photo went viral on the internet in 2018 and again in 2019. According to Tori, she received a tremendous response on social media and received numerous likes and comments. Most of the people shared the photo hence the photo went viral. This whole story kick-started with an idea by Tori’s aunt.
Dennis hails from a small town and this was a big achievement for both father and daughter. Tori has turned 19 this year and studies at Sam Houston State University in Texas. According to her, she is aiming to make a collage of one more graduating picture in the same stadium where her father graduated once she will graduate from college.
