In early voting, the majority of Democrats said they do not just want Donald Trump out of the run; they also want him to go behind bars.
In Iowa, where the early voting was conducted, 53% at a Firehouse Strategies/Optimus poll said they are not going to vote for Donald Trump no matter what the conditions are. Rather, they want to see him behind bars.
The same happened in New Hampshire, the first primary state as 50% of the voters said they want Donald Trump imprisoned.
When the statement “A portion of members of Congress has said that they do not just want President Donald Trump to be impeached but also should be sent to jail” was announced in South Carolina, the early primary state, 54% of voters agreed with the statement and said they wish the same to happen.
In the poll taken, an impressive number of Democratic primary voters appeared to be standing up for the impeachment with the house for the President.
Taking about the voters who only poled for impeachment, the percentage In Iowa came out to 79 percent, in New Hampshire, it came out to be 75 percent and in South Carolina, it was 72 percent.
This has lead to the development of strong sentiments coming out from the left as the high numbers of polling for impeachment officially registers for an impeachment inquiry against the president from the house of Democrats.
Nancy Pelosi, the House Speaker has announced the proceedings on the same matter as Donald Trump was found out to be engaged in a matter where he forced the Ukrainian president to bring out information and generate obstacles for his rival Joe Biden and his family.
The entire matter was proved by transcript generated in the White House itself.
