Love has no boundaries and couples prove that every day.
One such couple that recently took over the internet consists of two beautiful but very different looking parrots.
After the black & white lady Siouxsie and colorful green and yellow gentleman Kiwi became a couple last year, their owner, 19-year-old Maura T. Hennelly, couldn’t help but share their pictures with the world.
Soon after posting their love story on Twitter, the pair had babies and Maura once again had a nice surprise for her followers.
“The ‘lovebirds’ expression is so perfect, look at my two babies, Siouxsie is expected to lay her eggs in the next week!” Maura wrote last year.
A week later, three parrot eggs were laid.
“3 perfect little babies so far lovebirds lay their clutches with one egg every other day and Siouxsie feels like she still has at least 2 eggs left to lay! They’re too young to handle right now but I’ll be able to identify their fertility in a week or so,”
Maura added four days before spotting the fourth egg.
A week later, the 19-year-old had more great news. “Kiwi & Siouxsie’s first baby was born today!!
Her baby fluff is turning yellow so I think she’ll end up looking like her dad. She’s back in the nest now and Siouxsie is taking great care of her 3 more eggs to go!” she shared.
Only days later, the other three parrots hatched and they all appeared healthy!
