A police joke relating to the recent Netflix hit series ‘Squid Game’ is going viral and motorists are wondering what’s going on.
The popular sign which features the popular symbols square, triangle, and the circle was recently seen on the M4 and it had plenty of motorists confused, especially those who happened to be aware of the Squid Game.
For those who have not gotten a chance to view the series, these same three shapes are usually used in the popular Netflix show Squid Game and that has so many people in awe. After all, what a unique coincidence to see those same symbols appear in real life.
In just one month, the hit series which is based in South Korea has gone viral in an instant, leading to more than 100 million views in just a month. How’s that for some shocking news?
But now, the police in the UK are reassuring drivers that the new M4 sign that is going viral around the globe is certainly not signaling any danger, neither should any motorists worry about it leading them to the actual Squid Games.
Police officers hailing from Thames Valley are going to great extents to deny that these uncanny diversions do not lead them to the popular show on Netflix.
The news comes as more and more motorists spotted the uniquely bizarre signage in yellow, at junction 5 on M4 in Berkshire.
While many spoke about how the creepy sign is the same one used by the series, others wondered if they would actually end up in the Squid Game after considering it. And before you know it, this turned into a trending debate on social media too.
In the series, the sign appears on the masks as well as the business cards, leaving so many at the edge of their seats.
