Australian War Memorial located in Canberra has been facing a very strange occurrence for the past few days.
The poppies that mounted the tomb of an Unknown Soldier there have been disappearing one by one.
The decreasing heap was noticeably plummeting and no one could guess who the thief was till they saw the same poppies gathered on the corner of a tainted glass window of the memorial.
A pigeon has been dedicatedly stealing or maybe borrowing to build its beautiful nest up the memorial glasses.
The extremely well-built and elegant nest had dated straight to the day of Remembrancecommemorations that is usually held on November 11th. An incident had occurred in the memorial for the very first time in history probably.
Spiritual experts are considering this as some kind of holy symbol or some connection to the deeper natural and spiritual world.
As explained by the War Memorial to Sydney Morning Herald that the particular window was unintentionally picked by the bird of peace that commemorates the soldier.
This indicates the symbol of quality of ‘endurance.’ On the other hand, the left out poppies scattered here and there symbolized the prompt of the very powerful pledge between the beast on the field of battle and the man.
Also, pigeons back in history held a huge significance as they played a crucial role as messengers in the days of Wars.
In some nations, these birds are considered as a symbolization of peace while in some nations they are considered unpleasant as per the cultural and religious norms.
These birds made communication and interaction much easier in those days which was one of the biggest challenges for soldiers, their families, and others.
The war memorial pigeon continues to dwell in peace in its nest and incredible pictures of t have loaded the social media pages.
