Remember how we used to wait and wait for that one Disney movie to hit Disney channel so that we can watch it and then go on for a week until the next movie is scheduled.
Although there were many fairy tales Disney brought out to us but there were a very few that not just made a home for them in our lives but in our hearts too. And one such movie was The Little Mermaid.
Ariel, the little mermaid was the one who took away our hearts and even though we have all grown up to be adults now, a piece of our heart still wants to go back to the time and watch Ariel all the time.
Well, it looks like someone has been reading our wishes because Disney has decided to make a live run action of The Little Mermaid.
This is not it; Disney has also decided who they are going to cast in the film as Ariel. Disney has decided to cast Halle Bailey, the 19 years terrific singer as Ariel.
Rob Marshall, who is going to direct the film said “Halle is perfect for the role. We searched for a long time before ending up deciding that she is the right choice for us.
She has the perfect amount of innocence, youth, boldness, and charm in her. And besides all of this, the 19 years old girl is a terrific singer which makes her perfect for the part.
To announce the big news and to celebrate what she just got, the going to be Ariel posted a picture of the real Ariel with her melanin increased.
It looks like we are going to get an amazing Ariel that is going to transform the memories of our childhood into this new and exciting real-life Ariel.
