Jessica and Wardell are a happily married couple who went through something which usually happens in movies.
The couple was blessed with two children and all of them were leading a peaceful life. Jessica, however, had always wanted to give something back to society.
To fulfill her wish, Jessica took a rare route and decided to become a surrogate mother and help people who couldn’t have biological children of their own.
Jessica began her IVF treatment after she was matched with a Chinese couple and, at last, she got the big news of her pregnancy in April 2016.
But there was more of the news when doctors told her that she was not pregnant with one, but two babies. Although it was an unusual phenomenon, the doctors told her that sometimes the egg could divide resulting in the birth of twins.
The Chinese couple was informed of the big news and Jessica’s pregnancy continued without any problem.
After the twins were born, they were quickly handed over to the Chinese couple according to the protocol but before they were taken from her, Jessica noticed something very unusual.
She saw that one of the twins was darker as compared to the other.
After a few days, the Chinese couple sent a picture to Jessica which clearly showed the difference between the two children. One of them didn’t even look Chinese and his skin tone was the same as that of Jessica’s other children. Seeing the pic, Jessica knew that something wasn’t right but she ignored her suspicion.
But after a couple of weeks, the Chinese couple themselves began wondering to the extent that they decided to unveil the mystery by undertaking a DNA test.
The results of the test were equally unbelievable for both couples: it turned out that the pair were not twins at all. One of them was Wardell and Jessica’s biological child.
After learning this unimaginable truth, Jessica and Wardell followed a very long process for getting their own child back. Now, the couple feels the newborn has finally completed their family.
