The Christmas season is in full swing and as adults, we’re both excited and anxious at the same time.
The excitement is understandable because this is when we get to meet family and friends again, receive all those Christmas goodies, and pretty much have carte blanche to stuff anything we want into our mouths. Regret is for next year. Now is the time to enjoy the holidays!

But we’re also anxious because we’re anticipating the long lines at the checkout counter for those who are doing last-minute gift-buying (which is probably most adults) as well as anticipating the horrendous traffic that comes with it. And if you received a Christmas bonus, you barely have time to stare at it before it’s gone from your hands as Christmas expenses pile up.
But kids are different. For them, it’s all about the excitement without the anxiety. Hey, a lot of these fellas still believe that Santa exists. What’s better than an old man waiting and watching to see if you’re supposed to be on his list of good kids so that he can shower you with presents?
It’s virtually a tradition now to take kids to see Santa at the mall so that they can have the customary picture-taking as well as repeat all one’s wishes to Santa. It’s a magical experience that every kid should enjoy before the reality of life eventually bites them.
As it turns out, it’s not just kids who can get excited at meeting Santa. In this adorable view, a cute dog named Ronda did not hesitate to show just how happy she was to be held by Santa.
She keeps licking Santa’s face and playing with his beard that the guy in the costume can’t do anything else except hold on for dear life and hope his costume doesn’t come undone in the dog’s excitement.point 453 |
Ronda’s owners try to calm her down enough so that she can pry her off but it’s all in the spirit of Christmas and everyone’s happy.point 125 | 1
Ronda must have been a really good girl the past year to be so excited at coming face-to-face with Santa!
