A jaguar and a Jack Russell dog are best of friends as they play, eat and sleep together and remain with eath other 24 hours a day.
Bullet the Jack Russell dog and Jag the jaguar live together at the Akwaaba Lodge in South Africa.
The two have become inseparable ever since they met and enjoy each other’s company.
Facility owner Layla told that when Jag came at the Akwaaba Lodge in South Africa, he would sleep with her but it was not possible for her to let him sleep with her every night.
She said: “Every night Jag needed comfort so he took me in as a mom. And as I could not let him sleep with me all the time, I put Bullet with him.”
“These two struck it off straight away. They don’t leave each other alone, they feed together, sleep together, do everything together. They are like brothers.”
They both have now become best of friends and are inseparable. They play, eat and sleep together.
Their unusual friendship leaves everyone surprised. When a video of them playing together was posted online, it instantly went viral.
The video received hundreds of likes and comments as one user wrote: ‘When you and your friend have completely different personalities but are best friends nonetheless’ while another said: ‘I love how her headscarf seems to match the jaguar’s coat. This was a good video. Thanks.’
The third one wrote: ‘that lady is wonderful and I appreciate how well these beautiful animals are treated’ while another user said: ‘Hey beautiful woman, I love big cats…and Jack Russell terriers what a great job!’
Their bond is so special and this video is proof. They look so happy and comfortable with each other.
