Have you ever heard the story of a dog bite his or her family? Usually, there is a reason for that.
The Davis family, one day, decided to bring a dog named Patches home. The parents, Nola and Richard, hid him in the car to surprise their son and daughter, Andrew and Clara. They were so excited to have a family dog!
Patches grew up well. In fact, too well to have him at home.
Nola noticed that he was getting bigger and their home was not big enough for the large dog. The family had a meeting to think about the solutions.

What the parents thought was giving Patches away, but Andrew and Clara desperately opposed to the idea.
They could not just give their best friend away. The family postponed the decision for a few days.
Nola took a bath that night. She was having a great rest, but Patches suddenly came into the bathroom.

She felt something weird. Patches coming into the bathroom voluntarily? This is not normal; Patches hates a bath, water, and bathroom.
Then, something weirder happened.
Patches started to bite Nola’s wrist, but not with this teeth, and pulled her to the outside. Nola got out of bath tub to bring Patches out of the bathroom.
However, when she opened the door, the house was on fire, and Patches guided the way out to the front yard where all the family was waiting for Nola.
Then, Nola tried to get back into the house to get the car key to move her car out of the house, but Patches blocked her to get in.

And the house exploded.
Patches saved Nola’s life twice and was awarded by the Red Cross. And of course, he lives together with the Davis family happily.
Humans get help from dogs but we also help them. Humans and dogs are good friends. Watch the video below and please SHARE with your friends on Facebook if you are impressed by Patches!
