A dog has gone viral for making a living by drawing lovely masterpieces with the help of a paintbrush and its mouth.

Hunter the Shiba Inu is a pawcasso who earns his owners thousands of dollars by painting abstract masterpieces. To get his vision onto the canvas, Hunter uses its mouth to paint with brushes that his owners hand over to him.
As Alberta, Canada-based, owners Denise Lo and Kenny Au revealed, they were the ones to teach Hunter the Pawcasso to paint at their home. Allegedly, the dog now loves his job and can’t wait to create more paintings (and get more treats while working).
“One thing that we are always impressed with is how unique each painting is. He can get pretty creative with his brushstrokes depending on his mood,” Kenny said, claiming that they have already sold over 150 paintings on Etsy.
“We see lots of dabs and checkmarks with the heavier brushes and then some loops and flicks with the lighter brushes.”
While the couple initially started giving painting lessons to Hunter merely to enrich his skills and keep him busy, they soon realized his paintings were actually good enough to bring money on the table.
“We’ve seen a lot of support for Hunter from everyone over the past couple of years. We love seeing the memes and reading the fan mail that Hunter gets,” Kenny added, explaining that a part of the earnings goes towards rescue organizations.
“We feel that Hunter’s work relates to a lot of people, especially now with everything being online. Many people who enjoy Hunter’s work are animal lovers or, some more specifically, Shiba lovers.”
