One accepted fact about cancer is that it doesn’t discriminate between the people.
The strongest as well as the weakest; and even the ones you never thought could get affected by this disease have lost their lives to it.
There are things and therapies which you can have your loved ones go under to lessen the effects of this disease but that is never enough. This is a sickness which takes a heavy mental and physical toll on the lives of the loved ones of the patient along with the patient himself.
Same agonising pain is experienced by “Dog the Bounty Hunter”, Duane Chapman who has left no stones unturned make a miracle happen to cure his wife’s throat cancer. Despite having the best team of experts tending to her sickness, Duane is forced to watch his wife suffer.
Their TV show was their claim to fame which brought them to lime-light in 2004. Although the show came to an end in 2014, the loyal fan following of the couple still stands by them.
The couple has been regularly sharing the updates of Beth’s recovery and treatment through their social media handles. Though the couple has been through a lot of ups and down in life, this has probably been the toughest on them.
Beth’s cancer was once cured but the rebound was indeed tough on the couple and they were taken aback with the news. After the diagnosis, the couple instead of going into an isolation induced by sorrow, they sought shelter in their fans’ love and payers.
They informed a US weekly that this time, the lump in Beth’s throat was twice as big as it was before. An immediate surgery was performed to take out the lump and a hole was cut in her throat to enable her to breathe easily, due to which, she cannot still talk.
Explaining his wife’s situation to the media was painful and when he was no longer able to express his feelings, he signed off by requesting the world to say prayers. Adding to her father’s words, Duane’s daughter said that it was a difficult moment for them as Beth is not doing very well.
The social media handles of Duane since he shared the pictures of his wife’s combat against cancer has experienced a heavy downpour of payers and good wishes. This has certainly humbled the couple and is giving them the strength to fight harder against the Big C.
