He has also attached a cup along with the note so that donations can be added to that cup. He has given the reason in the note why he is asking for fine. The note says that he parked his car on the street in Plymouth and then he went o celebrate Christmas.
He got drunk at Christmas and even lost the car keys.
He has done it in a much-planned way and has written on the note “donations for my parking fines”.
He is so creative to point an arrow towards the cup in which donations are to be placed. The amazing thing is his cup is filling up with cash.
Six yellow colored fine notes are attached with the screen and his fine has reached up to 350 pounds.
He has completely made the public aware of the whole situation and has even pasted a note which says, that he left his car here on the road on Christmas day.
As it was Christmas so he ate much and consumed three roasts, a full box of quality streets and even after that he drunk fire bottle whiskey’s bottle.
After doing all the stuff and consuming this amount of food he lost the keys of his car. It was obvious because he was so drunk.
His parking fines are not less but 350 pounds and upon that his car has run out of tax which is very disappointing.
To make the situation more crucial is MOT is also due to expire. It seems that this year was not his year and he did not get the perfect start of a new year.
But the issues clearly show negligence on part of the driver. Now he is asking for donations must say he is too cheeky to ask others to donate so that he can pay for his parking tickets.
