Well, if you are not excommunicated from the rest of the world through media, traditional and social, you’d better know than anything else that staying means staying indoors in these trying times of the pandemic.
It has to be differentiated with a cocky notion that somehow you can get around the general wording and manage to find community pleasure of all things.
Well, it seems six unfortunate souls were the unlucky victims that shows you mustn’t go out at all costs as of this status, as authorities were reported of multiple gunshots in an apartment in Bakersfield, CA, on Saturday morning, shortly after midnight.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office has claimed six, including a juvenile, were found on scene, and that there was a party involved before the shooting took place in the emplacement. Luckily, no one was in mortal danger, henceforth they were taken to local hospitals and treated accordingly.
The suspects are last seen as four men driving in a sedan, white-colored. As of now, no arrests have been made. Here’s the whole extract of their statement:
“On April 11, 2020, at 12:26 a.
m. , Kern County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 3500 block of Pioneer Drive in Bakersfield for multiple shots fired and several victims of a shooting. When deputies arrived, they discovered a large party had been occurring at this apartment complex prior to the shooting.A total of six (6) victims were shot and treated at a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The victims include a juvenile female and five adults (four females, one male). ”“The shooting suspects were described as four black males driving a white sedan. No arrests have been made at this time, and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to call Kern County Sheriff’s Office at 661-861-3110 or Secret Witness Line at 661-322-4040. The city, as well as any other Californian counties are, is under a statewide stay-at-home civic order, which encompasses all 40 million Californians to keep their feet within their homes unless absolutely necessary. The measure, initiated at late March, has now been extended to May 15 and will stay that way unless circumstances worsen to a certain tipping point.
California joins 39 other states that have issued the quarantine order to keep the flow of the virus down, and 97% of the US population is currently forced to say indoors in their homes, without excuses.
Arkansas, Iowa, North Dakota, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming is yet to issue such orders, while Utah’s stay-at-home will expire at the end of April, if no further actions are taken.
