Chelsea Werner, a girl who is suffering from Down syndrome, fought against the odds in her life and inspired all the others to do the same.
All her life she was refused for all the things, but she didn’t give up even then. Chelsea was determined enough to become a gymnast-turned-model to make the world see what real beauty is like.
She wrote on Instagram that you should embrace your beauty because you are beautiful just the way you are. She also claimed that everyone is special and unique in their ways.
She fulfilled her gymnastics dream, but a part of her heart always wanted to try modeling. She tried for modeling but a lot of agencies and companies kept turning her down, but she didn’t give up.
Chelsea kept on pursuing her dream and working hard to achieve her goals.
While interviewing for A Plus, she claimed that gymnastics had taught her to be hardworking and disciplined, and also it takes years to learn new techniques and master them.
Some methods can even take years, but you always need to work hard to achieve them.
Her confidence helped her in getting acceptance for her modeling career which she has been working for so long. She worked even harder to create a market and acceptance for Down syndrome models because people don’t accept them readily.
She told A Plus that throughout all this my parents and I didn’t give up.
Soon after this the We Speak founder who is known as Briauna Mariah saw Chelsea’s social media account and realized how amazing this young woman is and she reached out to her immediately.
Mariah claims that it is essential that every woman should feel represented in this industry.
Since Chelsea’s first photo shoot, she has shown the world that beauty has no boundaries and it comes in all forms. Chelsea wants her fans to know that they can do anything they want to do and they should not give up yet.
Isn’t Werner a beautiful inspiration and motivation to the world? She faced everything and worked hard to achieve the position she has today.
