A teenager living in Woodbridge, Connecticut, made his mother a social media sensation after he requested her to perform to the drumline music for a TikTok video.
At the end of her dance, the 16-year old son, Josh Davilla, appeared quite shocked.
The video of her mother dancing was posted on Tuesday, and as of now, it has received over 113,000 likes. Lia Davila is presently celebrated not just on TikTok but on other social media platforms as well, like Twitter.
According to the report, she was a part of Bubblin Brown Sugar, which is a famous drum line dance group for the HBCU Morris Brown College. She used to be in the team in 1989 and confessed that she has not danced like this since she was a student there.
She further added that she teaches, and she does some dance routine every now and then, but she has not danced like that in a long time. Lia seemed to have surprised herself.
Just like everyone else, Lia is also quarantining with her family and has been out of work. She works at a dance studio as a teacher, but it has been forced to shut down due to the pandemic.

Josiah said that he asked his mother to dance to a drumbeat. He added that they had nothing else to do and thought it would be a great source of entertainment.
Josiah can be seen playing a drummer in the background and watched his mother perform a talented routine. He also said that he has seen his mother dance occasionally, but never like this.
He confessed that he never thought she would hold her weight like this up in the air, but he would also not expect any 40-year old to do such a trick. So, when his 48-year old other mother pulled the stunt, he was speechless and shocked.
