Elon Musk had been paying several late-night visits per week to Amber Heard when Johnny Depp wasn’t present according to a concierge.

As Alejandro Romero, who worked as a caretaker at Eastern Columbia Lofts where the actor lived in a prestige penthouse, told the court, the Tesla CEO would pay frequent visits to Depp’s wife while he was away.

According to the concierge, the Tesla billionaire typically visited Heard late at night whereas the actress later allegedly gave him his own garage remote so that he could enter the premises and park at will.

“From March 2015 onwards, Ms Heard was visited regularly late at night, at around 11:00 pm to midnight, by Mr Elon Musk,” Mr. Romero claimed in his witness statement.

“For his initial visits, I would receive a call from Ms Heard who would tell me to give Mr. Musk access to the garage for the building and then send him up to the penthouse.

“After he had made a few visits, Ms Heard provided Mr. Musk with his own garage remote and a fob to Mr. Depp’s penthouse. I believe he visited Ms Heard a few times a week and he would always visit when Mr Depp was not at home.”

While Romero acknowledged that Heard “was not resident at the Eastern until around March 2016,” he insisted Musk had been visiting her at Depp’s penthouse “from March 2015 onwards.”

Confirming he was sure he got the dates right, the concierge added:

“I do remember when Johnny Depp injured his hand, that was the first time I saw Mr Musk going into the building … I remember my friend was upset that Depp couldn’t play guitar, and then later I saw Mr Musk in the building.”

The incident during which Depp’s finger was cut occurred in March 2015. Depp later maintained that he was injured after Heard threw a bottle at him whereas she actress suggested his finger got severed when he smashed a telephone mounted to the wall.
