In the world full of flaws and negativity, there is always something positive enough to inspire you.
There was a survey conducted for knowing the ratio of the people born with Down syndrome and the results said that 1 out of every 700 babies could have Down syndrome.
It is a genetic disorder that can affect the overall development of a person. The babies who have Down syndrome have late development and less life expectancy.
Some parents keep their kids with down-syndrome close to them because they don’t want them to go through the judgments of the world.
There is a set of medical aid available for such kids, but there is no cure for the condition entirely. There are kids with Down syndrome who prefer living a normal life like other people and their stories are always inspiring.
Russell O’ Grady is one such man who has inspired a lot of people with his work and bravery.
Russell broke all the thinking chains and started working in McDonald’s in 1986.
During the 1980’s it wasn’t common to see disabled people being employed, but Russell had the vision to change this thinking as he wanted the world to see that in spite of the disabilities there is a lot of talent in such people.
Russell happily served and welcomed customers for 32 years, and he has always made sure to spread happiness around him.
He never disappointed anyone and always worked really hard. Now Russell is finally retiring after serving happily for 32 years.
He has always had very strong work ethics and loved to serve the customers with a happy face. Russell is undoubtedly a powerful inspiration to the world.
