Bullying at the workplace is something not many people have to go through, but the ones that do will only understand the massive pain of it.
It does not just break your heart but it also breaks your will to work.
And when it is your boss that is bullying you, everything becomes even worse. The boss should just be like the parent at work, but maybe this is not all of us are lucky enough to have.
Actually, most of us do not get the best boss, but this engineer surely got the worst boss in the history of bosses according to him.
This engineer from Melbourne is extremely offended and feels bullied by his boss “Mr. Stinky” who thrusted his bum at him and farted constantly. The engineer filed an appeal in the case for bullying but lost it somehow.
David Hingst, the 56 years old engineer filed an appeal seeking 1.8 million dollars from his ex-employer who he claims had bullied her but the Supreme Court blasted his case out.
Although the case has been rejected by the court of Melbourne, he is determined to seek justice and says that he will take his case to High Court.
Hingst appealed for the case saying that flatulence is a form of bullying and his former boss Greg Short is a “serial farter.” The court did not accept his case and ordered him to pay for the legal cost of the defendant as well.
To give an answer to the same order, he said that he will go to the high court and file the case again.
Although he did not give much details about the bullying at first, later on Monday he said, “Mr. Short was a terrible man. He used to come to my cabin which is a tiny room with no window, and release all the gases from his stomach there several times a day.
