Family travel is always exciting.
However, traveling can be excessively stressful when you are with young children. Traveling family is sometimes very lucky to have kind people helping with the kids.
A thankful moment of this incident happened at a rental car agency for Coty Vincent. When she arrived at Enterprise Rent-A-Car with her twin boys, she was distressed because of a hit-and-run accident.

When she was at the Enterprise, Vincent had to hold her 11-month-old twins, Holt and Levi, because she didn’t have a stroller.
During the process, John, the Enterprise employee who was helping her, offered her to hold one of the twins.
As John was twin himself, he knew how hard it is to raise two children at the same time.

Impressed by his kindness, Vincent shared the picture of John and her baby at the Enterprise on the Facebook page, Love What Matters, and it received 125,000 likes on Facebook.
She wrote, John is “one of the most compassionate and caring people I’ve ever met.”
Everyone was trilled to see the kindness of John, and so did Enterprise’s social media team. After the team found this wonderful story, they offered Vincent another benevolence. They gave a double stroller to Vincent and the twins as a gift, and gave John a reward for his great customer service.
Vincent interviewed with the Tulsa World, “During such a time of heartbreak and tragedy, for this light to shine through like it has, it’s been phenomenal. I’m at a point where I’m speechless now about how far it’s gone in two days.”

John has done an admirable job to help this mother, who was going through a bad day. Also, Enterprise’s gift made her day. Truly heartwarming story!
