You may have come across plenty of miracle or unique birth stories in your life but this next one has many people in absolute awe.

A pair of twins in California was reportedly born 15 minutes apart from one another but in totally different years but- one was born minutes before the clock struck midnight in 2021 on the eve of New Year’s.

Meanwhile, the other child came into this world at exactly midnight, which was New Year’s Day in the year 2022.

The mother whose name is Fatima Madrigal reportedly gave birth to the precious and unique set of twins named Alfredo Antonio Trujillo at about 11:45 pm, during the later hours of Saturday. This report was confirmed by the Natividad Medical Center on Sunday.

On the other hand, just 15 minutes later, Alfredo’s sister named Aylin Yolando Trujillo was literally born exactly at midnight in a new year with a different birthday.

Aylin came in weighing 5 pounds, 14 ounces, while her big brother weighed 6 pounds and 1 ounce, as reported by People Magazine recently.

The mother finds the news just too mind-blowing, adding how she never expected to deliver her twins through such a unique birth.

“It’s just all so crazy to me that they are twins and they have different birthdays,” the mother revealed in a very excited manner through a press release. “I was just so happy and surprised when my daughter arrived at midnight,” she went on to explain.

The mother’s family doctor who works at the hospital says that they are indeed very uniquely timed births and one of the most memorable deliveries from her career.

“It was just an honor and an absolute pleasure for me to assist in the delivery of these little ones safely in 2021 and 2022,” the doctor added. In addition to that, she says that there is simply no better way to start off the new year than this.
