A family has asked the internet for help after their ‘haunted’ doll started speaking Spanish and returned home on several occasions even though they allegedly threw it in the trash.
As Texas-based Emily Madonia claimed, her family is haunted by an unusual character – Elsa from the Disney success film Frozen.
According to the woman, the doll was fine when her daughter received it back in 2013. While everything was okay for two years, and the doll had been singing ‘Let It Go’ in English as it should, things took a turn for the worse when Elsa suddenly started speaking Spanish.
“In 2015, it started doing it alternating between Spanish and English. There wasn’t a button that changed these, it was just random,” Emily revealed in an interview with click2Houston.com.
As the mum claimed, the doll would sing and talk on its own even when it was turned off. Creepy.
To make the matters worse, Madonia insisted that the doll returned home on her own even though they threw it away two times.
“Ok guys, seriously, we need help. To recap for those of you who have not been following our Elsa doll saga, Mat threw it away weeks ago and then we found it inside a wooden bench,” she wrote in her Facebook post.
“Okay… So we were weirded out and tightly wrapped it in its own garbage bag and put that garbage bag INSIDE another garbage bag filled with other garbage and put it in the bottom of our garbage can underneath a bunch of other bags of garbage and wheeled it to the curb and it was collected on garbage day. Great, right?
“We went out of town, forgot about it. Today Aurélia says ‘Mom, I saw the Elsa doll again in the backyard.’ HELP US GET RID OF THIS HAUNTED DOLL.”
As the woman went on to say, the whole thing is real even though it sounds like a hoax.
“Is this a hoax? Sadly, no. Either the doll is haunted or some crazy psychopath has dug the doll out of the garbage (that was already taken away) and broken into my house/property multiple times. I am going to go with the haunted thing,” she added.
After the doll’s eerie comeback, Madonia shipped Elsa to her friend who lives 1,500 miles away. As Chris, who doesn’t know where Madonia and her family live, promised, he will keep the doll taped to his car and keep an eye on it.
“Most logical thinkers believe it’s a prank, but I don’t understand how or when it was done, especially because the garbage truck had taken it away,” the distressed mum added in an interview with click2Houston.com.
“If the doll comes back, I might have to open my mind to some of the more supernatural solutions.”
