This is Really SAD; This Family of 11 lives in 3 different flats 100 miles away from the house as the Council could not Find a 6 Bedroom House


A family consisting of 11 members were forced to stay in 3 flats situated nearly 100 miles from their original home.

The concerned Birmingham City council was not able to find a house comprising of 6 bedrooms for the family. This family like many others were left homeless after being illegally forced out of their rented private home.

Their waiting time has crossed 65 days, and their conditions are deteriorating with every passing day in the unsafe three apartment block. The place where they are presently staying is located in the center of the city of Bristol. They are almost crying for a safer and better life every day.

The house from where they were forced out was in Rowdale Road in Great Barr. It was June 13 when they shifted to the unsafe home. This family is reported to receive about £20,000 every year as child tax credit. They were shifted to a Travelodge present in Burton; however, the children have to cover a distance of 42 miles per day to continue their studies in Great Barr.
