A multi-millionaire farmer from Thailand has offered $300,000 to a man who fits his criteria and is willing to marry his 26-year-old daughter.

58-year-old Arnon Rodthong is a businessman who manages a large durian farm in Chumphon, Thailand. Since his daughter is still single, the traditional father thought it would be a good idea to speed up the process of her finding a boyfriend.

And so, he offered the man who would marry 26-year-old Karnsita his multi-million farm business and $300,000. As for his requests, all that Arnon wants for his daughter’s future husband is to “work hard and make her happy.”

Currently, Karnsita is helping her dad manage the business and is too busy for a love life which is why her old man decided to step in.

“I want someone to take care of my business and make it last. I don’t want a person with a bachelor’s, or master’s or philosopher’s degree,” the father said.

“I want a diligent man. I just want someone with a hard-working attitude. That’s all. As soon as I have an in-law, I will give up all my assets to him.”

Karnsita, who confirmed that she is still single and a virgin, speaks Chinese and English fluently, giving foreign candidates the opportunity to court her.

While the 26-year-old admitted her father’s public plea made her feel a bit overwhelmed, the daughter said that she wasn’t angry at him and that she appreciates his efforts.

“I first found out about my father’s post when my friend’s showed me. I was surprised but I can see the funny side to it, too,” Karnsita added.

“It is true that I am still single. If I have to get married with someone, I only want him to be a diligent and good person who loves his family.”
